Alternately, the T-Bar Joystick may also work well for those who experience tightness or spasticity in the hand as the thinner T-bar shape may be easier to slip into the palm of the hand.

The T-Bar Joystick Knob, which is a comfortable way to keep the hand centered in place for better control over the joystick. For those with less pinch, reduced grip, or larger hands, the T-Bar Joystick may accommodate a user more effectively than the traditional nipple joystick.
